Navigate to the “Small Moments, Big Impact” website. This is a website developed by Dr. Barry Zuckerman and Dr. Cydnie Hatcher.

1. Go to the ‘Appointments’ Tab, and scroll through each visit, watching the short videos

2. Pick additional videos to watch throughout the ‘Video’ library folder.
